SJMPC provides cooperative financial services including but not limited to savings accounts, loan services, insurance products, and other financial services to our members. Our website serves as an information portal and application platform for these services.

3. Membership Eligibility

To become a member of SJMPC, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Reside within our area of operation
  • Agree to abide by our bylaws and policies
  • Complete the required membership application process
  • Make the minimum share capital contribution

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Antique, Philippines.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
