Attend one(1) hour Pre-Membership Education Seminar from Monday to Friday at 8:00 to 4:00 PM and Saturday at 8:00 to 10:00 AM (Main Office) for branches (Please visit home page for schedule of Pre-membership Education Seminar).

STEP 2

Fill-up Membership Application Form and Submit it with 1 pcs. 2×2 recent colored picture with your name and date, photocopy of any government issued ID.

STEP 3

Payments and deposit: P650.00

Membership Fee: ₱ 100.00

Share Capital Deposit: ₱ 200.00

Saving Deposit: ₱ 50.00

ID: ₱ 50.00

GAAN Benefits: ₱ 250.00 (Pro-rated)
